Out of Hours Service

We pride ourselves on providing our own out-of-hours service to our clients, so that your animal will always be seen by one of our vets. Please note that all small animal out of hours emergencies will be seen at our Stranraer branch, where we have a full range of diagnostic equipment and hospitalisation facilities.

In patient care out of normal working hours

Patients staying at the practice overnight will be examined by a vet at the close of the evening surgery and again at approximately 10pm. Although there is not a vet present throughout the night, further re-examinations will take place during the course of the evening and night as necessary for the patient's condition. For critically ill patients where continuous monitoring and treatment is required, an additional charge may be applied.
